        Hi. I'm probably the biggest fan of this movie/television series so
I thought I might be kind and spread the wealth of it's great theme song. I
have transcribed two versions for your playing pleasure. The first is the new
version of the theme by Larry Mullen & Adam Clayton, the second is a little
something that I like to play by myself and JAM with. The movie one you
really need to play with another guitar or bass. Not so with the my version
which you might find quite enjoyable, as I do. I think you'll enjoy both
versions. Remember that most of the song is in 5/4 time, and that each bar
that I've tabed is the end of an actual 5 bar beat. Don't jump ahead. Timing
in this song is crusial because of the time signature.

        Note: You may find my version easier to play, as this one is a
              synth. version.

    There you have it! All the Figures you need to know are there! All you do
is re-arange them for the second run through the song. I hope by naming every
part of the song a Fig. I didn't confuse you too much. Just remember that
Fig. 1 is the BASS part because that is the only part of the song which is not
written in every section it's in. End the song with chords: Bb - Eb Remember
that this song is best when played around with and mixed up. It's YOUR call
where to put every part. Be creative!
